Basic identification and contact information, such as your name and contact details

This information is used:

Your domain name and e mail address

Your IP address is recognised by our servers and the pages that you visit are recorded. This information is used:

Our website uses Cookies. Some relate to the function of our shopping cart and others collect anonymous information about how visitors use our site, which is then used to help improve the site. The information collected includes the number of site visitors, where visitors come to the site from and the pages they visited but does not directly identify a specific individual.

currency - defaults to GBP and may be changed by users, expires 30 days
display - remembers if you change the display mode for categories/products between list/grid mode, expires when the browser is closed (session)

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies, to help analyse how visitors use our website. Cookies set are:

__utma - Typical content: randomly generated number, expires: 2 years
__utmb - Typical content: randomly generated number, expires: 30 minutes
__utmz - Typical content: randomly generated number and information about how the page was reached (eg directly or via a link, organic search or paid search), expires: 6 months
__utmc - depreciated.

Financial information, including credit card details

This information is used to obtain payment for goods and services you have ordered from us. This information is never actually received by us. The page where this information is given by you is controlled by our contract merchant service provider, Paypal. Such information is automatically encrypted, and later decrypted for use. It never touches our system.

Affiliate information

This is information given to us in the course of your business and ours as you have applied to join our affiliate scheme. Such information is retained for business use only. We undertake to preserve the confidentiality of the information and of the terms of our relationship. This information is used :

to maintain our accounts and affiliate records;
for billing;
to enable us to answer your enquiries;
for verifying your identity for security purposes;
to send you news about the services to which you have signed up;
to tell you about other of our services.

Business information

This is information given to us in the course of your business and ours, such as in relation to your application to partner with us or advertise with us. Such information is retained for business use only. We undertake to preserve the confidentiality of the information and of the terms of our relationship. It is not used for any other purpose. We expect you and any partner to reciprocate this policy.

Disclosure to Government and their agencies

We are subject to the law like everyone else. We may be required to give information to legal authorities if they so request or if they have the proper authorisation such as a search warrant or court order.
